Micky Wane Huey, 53, passed away on July 11, 2017 in Corona, New Mexico. He was born on December 15, 1963 in Albuquerque, NM. Micky was part owner of Thomas A. Huey Mfg. Co., Huey’s Metal Service Center and Penix Livestock. He loved the beauty of the ranch from a blooming cactus to a baby calf. He liked all sports and played a lot of basketball in school and also later. His favorite was the Dallas Cowboys. He was one of the Radical Rednecks who broadcast the Capitan sports on the radio and looked forward to every weekend. Micky also played the part of Colonel Dudley in the Last Escape of Billy the Kid Pageant in Lincoln for 15 years. We want to thank the great loving and caring people at the UNM Cancer Center for helping him through the last 5 years. He is survived by his mother, Susan, father, Thomas, brothers, Ricky and Nicky, 4 nephews and 3 nieces. He will be missed. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Saturday July 22, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Corona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ricky L. Huey, Nicky D. Huey, Jordan T. Huey, Brandon M. Huey, Bryan T. Huey and Cameron J. Huey.
