Beverly "Cookie" Ann Clements

Beverly “Cookie” Ann Clements, 75, passed away on February 22, 2017 in McIntosh, NM. She was born on July 29, 1941 in Albuquerque, NM to the late Charles and Louise (Gentry) Lowance. On March 30, 1963 in Las Vegas, NV she married her soul mate William B. Clements. Cookie was the Postmaster for the McIntosh Post Office for 35 years. Her true joy in life was her grandkids and loved them with all her heart. She will be deeply missed by her family friends and community. Cookie is also preceded in death by her sisters, Billie Vern Gibbs and Mary Lee Hopper. She is survived by her beloved husband, William B. Clements of McIntosh, NM; sons, Joe Pat Clements of McIntosh, NM, Tom (Elizabeth) Clements of McIntosh, NM and Jeff Sap of Frazier Park, CA; step son, Bill (Thedra) McDowell of Cimmaron, NM step daughter, Julie (Tye Gibson) Gay of Los Chavez, NM and sisters, Matha Sanders and Tommy Kay Wallace. Cookie was blessed with 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A Viewing is scheduled for Monday February 27, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Tuesday February 28, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at the Clements Family Cemetery in McIntosh, NM. Pallbearers will be Adam Clements, Ben Clements, Cody Clements, Casey Clements, Quinna Clements, Jesse Huska and Joe Clements. Honorary Pallbearers are Brett McDowell and Beau McDowell.
