Dale Brown

Dale Brown, 69, passed away on October 10, 2016 in Corona, New Mexico. He was born on March 22, 1947 in Corona, New Mexico to the late Dale and Jonnie Fay (Minor) Brown. Dale was a member of the NM Bass Federation, a Corona Volunteer Firefighter and a Cottonwood Volunteer Firefighter. Dale will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Paula Ann Brown of Corona, NM; sons, Chad (Ginger Wills) Brown of Moriarty, NM and Heath (Sandra) Brown of Lubbock, TX; daughter, Monica Townsend of Corpus Christy, TX; brother, Allen Brown of Willard, NM and daughter, Chelby Brown and sister, Sue Pruitt of Turkey, TX and daughter, Grace Pruitt. Dale was blessed with 4 grandchildren, Hayley (Chad Darren) Hendricks, Layton Brown, Chase Brown and Randa Brown. A Viewing is scheduled for Sunday October 16, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, New Mexico. A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Monday October 17, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the Corona Cemetery with Pastor Cal West officiating. Pallbearers will be Layton Brown, Chase Brown, Chad Darren Hendricks, Otalee Brown, Tyler Brown and Sam Brown. Troy Pruitt will be an Honorary Pallbearer. In Lieu of flowers Memorial Donations can be made to the Corona Volunteer Fire Department in Care of the Village of Corona.
