Amelia Consuelo Garcia, 39, passed away in Santa Fe, New Mexico on September 14, 2016. She was born on January 21, 1977 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Amelia was a lifetime resident of New Mexico and a member of the Victory Faith Fellowship in Moriarty, NM. She is preceded in death by her son, Nicholas M. Garcia. Amelia is survived by her parents, Joe and Christine Garcia of Estancia, NM; son, Luis Marin Garcia of Moriarty, NM; daughter, Adriana S. Marin Garcia of Estancia, NM; brothers and sisters in law, Matthew and Annette Garcia of Albuquerque, NM, Joe and Julie Garcia of Moriarty, NM, Jerry and Janette Garcia of Moriarty, NM, Jesse and Bernatte Garcia of Albuquerque, NM and Jimmy E. and Leandra Garcia of Estancia, NM; grandmothers, Amelia Garcia and Sylvia Pohl as well as countless nieces, nephews and cousins. A Viewing is scheduled for Tuesday September 20, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday September 22, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. also at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. Pastor Diana Bushnell will officiate.
