Gayln Wayne Solomon

Gayln Wayne Solomon, 70, passed away on August 16, 2016 in Estancia, New Mexico. He was born on September 4, 1945 in at the family home in Torrance County, New Mexico to the late Chan and Viola (Schultz) Solomon. Gayln was a lifetime resident of New Mexico and a member of the Methodist Church in Estancia, New Mexico. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and community. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, James Solomon and Olin Solomon. Gayln is survived by his aunt, Amilia Shield; sisters in law, Kitty Solomon and Shirley Solomon; nieces, Louise Solomon, Barbara Collins, Lydia Merck and Cindy Solomon; nephews, Deen Solomon, James Solomon and Brian Crider as well as numerous great nieces, great nephews and cousins. A Graveside Memorial Service is planned for Friday August 26, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Deen Solomon, Leo Dennisson, James Solomon, Dillon Erwin, Brian Crider and James Collins. Honorary Pallbearers are all of Gayln’s friends and neighbors.
