Erma Ann Mcgee

Erma Ann McGee, 87, went to be with her Lord on February 16, 2016. She entered this world on March 31, 1928 in Estancia, New Mexico, born to William and Irene Thomas. Erma was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Estancia and taught Sunday school there as well. She was the Torrance County Clerk for 8 years and a member of the Pythian Sisters. Erma was full of laughter, love and life and will be deeply missed. She is preceded in death by her Parents and Brothers, Billy Thomas, Lee Thomas and Ivan Thomas. Erma is survived by her Sons, Glenn “Butch” McGee of Estancia, NM and Michael “Mickey” McGee of Albuquerque, NM; Daughters, Judith Bradfute of Olton, Texas and Linda Hinkles of Jasper, TN; Brother Robert “Bob” Thomas and Sisters Norma Everett and Larue Zink. Erma was blessed with 8 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren. A Viewing is scheduled for Thursday February 18, 2016 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Friday February 19, 2016 at 2:00 at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, New Mexico with Reverend Bonnie Hardesty to Officiate. Pallbearers will be Christopher McGee, Shane Schlesener, Randall Riley, Kenny Autry, John Bradfute, Donovan McGee, Lucas Buchanan and Eric Darden. Preston McGee will be an Honorary Pallbearer.
