Raymond Stanley Trnka

Raymond Stanley Trnka, age 81, passed away on January 24, 2016 in Edgewood, New Mexico. He was born on July 29, 1934 in Glencoe, MN to the late James and Lillian (Cherney) Trnka. Raymond was a member of the American Legion Post 49 for 10 years and Post 19 for 16 years. He also spent 4 years in the United States Air Force. Raymond retired 16.5 years ago and spent out his final days living in peace and harmony at Conchas Dam, NM. He is survived by his beloved Wife, Lorraine Trnka of Conchas Dam, NM; Sons and Daughters in Law, Scott and Kathy Trnka of Edgewood, NM, Todd Trnka of Sausalito, CA and Craig and Christine Trnka of Edgewood, NM; Sisters, Lilliann Voigt and Joann Jamieson. Raymond was blessed with 4 beautiful Grandchildren, Bodie Trnka, Levi Trnka, Holden Trnka and Scarlett Trnka. A Memorial Service is scheduled on Saturday January 30, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, New Mexico. In Lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
