Carol Ruth Attebery

Carol Ruth Attebery, age 67, passed away on January 8, 2015 at the New Mexico Heart Hospital. She was born on October 10, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Donald and Margaret (Butler) Harris. Carol was a longtime member of the Eastern Star, American Legion Auxiliary and the V.F.W. Auxiliary. She was a devout Christian and member of the Crossroads Bible Fellowship in Moriarty, NM. Carol was the secretary to the Chief of Security at Corrections Corporation of America for approximately 15 years until her health forced her retirement. Carol is also preceded in death by her Son, Ernest M. Attebery III and two Brothers, John Harris and Donald Harris. Carol is survived and will forever be remembered by her beloved Husband, Ernest M. Attebery of Moriarty, NM. Per the family, no services are scheduled at this time.
