Horton Lee Irvin

Horton Lee Irvin was born at Doctors Hospital on February 19, 1949 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He passed away on November 27, 2015 at 10:45 P.M. Lee was raised by Godly parents Horton and Virginia Irvin. He accepted Jesus Christ as his savior at age 5. He served his country in Vietnam and was glad to do so. He moved back to New Mexico in November 2009 following the death of his wife Eula May. He is survived by 2 Brothers – Daniel and wife Judith and Steven and wife Patty, 7 Sisters – Emma Hardcastle, Kathy and husband Charles Carter, Ellen and husband Jack McHuen, Virginia and husband Kenneth Benson, Priscilla and husband Donny Krug, Polly Irvin, Murreline and husband Shawn Collins, 8 Nephews, 7 Nieces and 21 Great Nieces and Nephews. Also many Cousins and Friends. Lee will be missed so very much but we have the assurance we will be with him some glorious day. A Funeral Service is scheduled for Wednesday December 2, 2015 at the Harris Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, New Mexico at 9:00 A.M. with Pastor Hudson Officiating. Interment will be on Thursday December 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Fort Sill National Cemetery in Lawton, Oklahoma with Pastor Daniel Irvin Officiating. Pallbearers are Steven Irvin, Kenneth Benson, Steven Benson, Charles Carter, Reverend Charlie O’Daniel and Sandy Harjo. Honorary Pallbearers are Larry Irvin and Eugene Ness.
