Melissa Detloff

Melissa Ann Detloff entered Heavens Gates on July 9, 2015 at the age of 50 in Moriarty, NM. She was born in Dallas, TX on February 19, 1965 and later moved to Brownsburg, IN. She enjoyed ice skating, immersing herself in nature and being active with her church and her family. Melissa received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the Indiana Purdue School of Nursing. Through the course of her career she was greatly beloved by her co-workers and changed the lives of many patients. Melissa was an animal lover and took great joy from all animals and especially loved great danes who were her closest companions. She is survived and forever remembered by her Parents, Richard and Linda Sue Mallett of Sandia Park, NM; Daughters and Son in Law, Natasha Dawn Detloff of Albuquerque, NM, Kristine Marie Geiger of Oklahoma City, OK and Elise Francine and Michael King of Albuquerque, NM; Brothers and Sisters in Law, Dwayne and Suzette and Brian and Cindi Mallett; Sister, Angela Price and Grandchildren, Edalia Rose Geiger and Ignacio Michael Geiger. A Graveside Service is scheduled for Tuesday July 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, NM. Richard E. Mallett to Officiate. Pallbearers will be Brian Mallett, Kris Mallett, Michael King, Dwayne Mallett, Joshua Mallett and Alex Mallett.
