Wilfred J Hamel

Wilfred J. Hamel, age 83, passed away on May 10, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on March 27, 1932 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to the late Wilfred T. and Helena (LaBonti) Hamel. Wilfred was A United States Army Ranger and later in life started a career as an Animal Control Officer with the Town of Moriarty. His kind soul and generous heart will be deeply missed by his friends and family. Wilfred is also preceded in death by his Sister, Carol Hamel. He is survived and forever will be remembered by his beloved Wife, Kathy Hamel of Moriarty, NM; Daughter and Son in Law, Verla and Howard Lewis of Moriarty; Step Sons and Daughter in Law, Wilber and Ruby Winemiller of Albuquerque, NM and Robert Winemiller of Albuquerque, NM;, NM and Sister Pearl. Wilfred was blessed with 4 beautiful grandchildren. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday June 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM.
