Betty Gean Scott

Betty Gean Scott of Moriarty, New Mexico, beloved Mother and Grandmother, peacefully passed on March 6, 2015 at the age of 79. She was born on September 11, 1935 to the late Herbert and Mayme Lee (Holiday) Riley in Ewing, New Mexico. Betty was a kind and generous soul and was loved by all. She is preceded in death by her parents; Brothers, Herman Riley and Herbert Riley; and Sister, Polly Riley. Betty is survived and forever remembered by her Sons and Daughter in Law, Howard and Tracy Scott of Belen, NM and Herbert Scott of Moriarty, NM; Brother J.D. Riley of Claypool, AZ; and Sister Patsy Moore of Ewing, NM. Betty was blessed with several grandchildren to whom she cherished. A Graveside Funeral Service is scheduled for Tuesday March 10, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, NM.
