Nona Janine Halderman

NONA JANINE HALDERMAN, 59, of Moriarty, NM peacefully passed away at her home with her loving family surrounding her. Janine was born August 7, 1955 in Albuquerque, NM to Donald Elmer “Sonny” and Doris (Reynolds) Hathorn. Janine married her loving husband of 41 years, Bud Halderman, on August 11, 1973 in Encino, NM. Together they had and raised one son and one daughter. They moved to Moriarty in 1992 having previously lived in Encino. Janine was preceded in death by her mother Doris Hathorn. She is survived by her father Sonny Hathorn; husband, Bud Halderman; son Sonny Wes Halderman; daughter Gayety Lynn Payne and husband Loren W.; brother Lonnie Hathorn; sisters Pam Manresa and Tonya Beckner; and two grandchildren Loren W. Payne and David C. Payne. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at 11:00am at the Encino Grade School Auditorium/Town Hall, 427A N. Main, Encino, NM 88321, with Grover Hathorn officiating. Following the service, the family will provide food in the cafeteria located next door.
