Reyes Maria Zamora

RAYMUNDA “REYES” MARIA ZAMORA, 88, of Willard, NM passed away on Monday, June 02, 2014 in Albuquerque, NM. Reyes was born June 20, 1925 in Sena, NM to Nemecio and Cleotilda (Aragon) Medina. Reyes was a lifetime resident of the East Mountains. Reyes was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Senon Gallegos and Leandra Zamora; and son Benjamin Gallegos. She is survived by sons Steve Gallegos and his wife Annabelle of Moriarty, George R. Gallegos of Mountainair, and Rudy Zamora and his wife Moyia of Los Lunas; daughters Josephine Chavez and her husband Lincoln of Willard and Michelle Aguilar of Moriarty; 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren. There will be a Rosary recited on Thursday June 5, 2014 at 10:00AM followed by Mass at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Willard, NM with Rev. Fr. Sotero Sena officiating. Burial will follow at the Estancia Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Abe Chavez, Ted Sena, Victor Aguilar, Benjamin Gallegos, Robert Gallegos, Cory Zamora and Jessica Chavez. Honorary Pallbearers will be all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and God-children.
