GEORGE CHALMERS CARTMELL, 79, of Edgewood, NM passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014. George was born November 4, 1934 in Falkirk, Sterling-Shire, Scotland. George was a longtime resident of Edgewood. He was a Mason in Ontario, Canada. He married Wilhelmina Dower May 27th, 1967. George was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Wilhelmina Cartmell of Edgewood, NM; daughter Elizabeth Sahd and her husband Kyle of Angel Fire, NM; numerous relatives in Scotland; and four grandchildren, Morgan, Bailey, McKenna and Logan Sahd.
