Inez Lucero

INEZ LUCERO, 75, of Moriarty, NM passed away at her home on Sunday, January 19, 2014. Inez was born July 25, 1938 in Aurora, NM to Ciriaco and Vicenta Ortiz. She married Salomon Lucero, her loving husband of 54 years, on July 27, 1959 in Las Vegas, NM. They had and together raised one son Raymond and two daughters Theresa and Rebecca. Inez is survived by her husband Salomon Lucero of Moriarty, NM; son Raymond Lucero and his wife Tracy of Chandler, AZ; daughters Theresa Dennisson and her husband Thomas of Moriarty and Rebecca Chitwood and her husband John of Rio Rancho; brothers Johnny Ortiz, Rudy Ortiz, David Ortiz and Ralph Ortiz; sisters Stella Trorpe, Elvira Gonzales, Priscilla Ortiz, Rita Tubb, Gloria Griego, Connie Quintana and Beatrice Arden; four grandchildren Timothy Dennisson and her husband Nohime, Jessica Varela and her husband Felipe, Joseph Chitwood and Raymond Lucero; and one great-grandchild Zoey Varela. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 11:00AM at Crossroads Bible Fellowship Church in Moriarty, NM with Pastor Gale Holt officiating.
