Bentura "Benny" Segura

BENTURA “BENNY” SEGURA, 85, of McIntosh, NM peacefully passed away at his home on Christmas Day, December 25, 2013. Bentura was born July 14, 1928. He was a longtime resident of McIntosh having previously lived in Bernalillo, NM. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty. Bentura was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Jesusita Segura; wife Nora Arellanes-Mahboub; and daughter Jessie Roybal who died April 7, 2012. He is survived by his sons Arthur Mahboub and Carolyn Eric Segura, Johnny Arellanes and Michael Segura, all of Moriarty, NM; brother Carlos Segura; sisters Estella, Pertrita, Orelia, Jennie, Andrea, and Eleanor, all of Bernalillo, NM; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, January 3, 2014 with the Rosary recited at 10:00AM followed by Mass at 11:00AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, NM with Rev. Fr. Robert Lancaster officiating. Burial will be at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Moriarty, NM
