Jovanna "Jovi" D. Baca

JOVANNA “JOVI” D. BACA, 29, of Moriarty, NM passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday, December 26, 2013. Jovi was born February 28, 1984 in Santa Fe, NM to Crecencio and Lorinda (Trujillo) Baca. Jovi was a lifetime resident of Moriarty. She was an Account Manager at Aaron’s Furniture in Edgewood. Jovi was preceded in death by her nephew Jake Segovia Jr. and cousin William Baca. She is survived by her parents Crecencio and Lori Baca of Stanley; son Jesse Waddell of Edgewood; daughter Jada Waddell of Edgewood; brother Andrew Baca of Stanley; sisters Bernadette Baca of Santa Fe and Janette Segovia and Jake of Santa Fe; and very loving numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. There will be a Rosary at 9:00AM followed by Mass at 10:00AM on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, NM with Rev. Fr. Cyril Iheanacho officiating. Pallbearers will be Estevan Ortiz, Amadeo James Ortiz, Xavier Rascon, Able Chavez, Eugene Chavez, Gabriel Roybal and Nathan Ortiz. Honorary Pallbearers will be Alicia Cordova and Vanessa Chavez. Burial will be at Los Cavos Catholic Cemetery in Tapia, NM after the meal.
