Lorraine Bartelt

LORRAINE BARTELT, 87, of Edgewood NM peacefully passed at her home on Saturday, August 3, 2013. Lorraine was born February 3, 1926 in Tigerton, WI to Leslie and Elsie (Rettkowski) Malueg. She married Burton Bartelt, her loving husband of 65 years on September 27th, 1947. Lorraine and Burton lived in Edgewood since 2005 having previously lived in Margate, Florida. Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donald Malueg. She is survived by her husband Burton J. Bartelt of Edgewood and daughter Karen Bartelt-Marshall and Scott also of Edgewood. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to: Walkin-N-Circles Horse Rescue Ranch, PO Box 626, Edgewood, NM 87015.
