Ramona V. Lopez

RAMONA V. LOPEZ, 54, of Mountainair, New Mexico passed away at the home on Thursday, April 11, 2013. Ramona was born April 15, 1958 in Mountainair, NM to Emiliano and Berlinda (Esquibel) Lopez. She was a lifetime resident of Mountainair. Ramona worked for the US Park Service in Mountainair. She was a member of St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair. Ramona was preceded in death by her father Emiliano Lopez. She is survived by her mother Berlinda Lopez of Abo; husband George Gallegos of Mountainair; sons Salomon Aragon and his wife Frances of Albuquerque and Samuel Aragon and Jillian Jones of Laguna; brothers Randy Lopez and Markie Lopez; sisters Mary Lopez, Marcella Montano and her husband Rudy, Lori Ann Lopez, Josephine Lopez, Veronica Kneip and Rosie Aragon; and nine grandchildren. There will be a Rosary recited at 7:00pm on Monday, April 15, 2013 at St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair, NM. The Mass will be on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00am also at St. Alice Church. Fr. Sotero Sena will officiate. Pallbearers will be Peter Sisneros, Manuel Hidalgo, Adam Sisneros, Manuel Lopez, Jesus Rivera, and Cisco Rivera. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Macdury and Steve Gallegos. Burial will follow the Mass at San Lorenzo Catholic Cemetery in Abo, NM.
