Virginia Carol James

VIRGINIA CAROL JAMES, 62, of Edgewood, New Mexico passed away at her home on April 8, 2013. Virginia was born March 8, 1951 in Philadelphia, MS to Greer and Leona (Sam) Billy. Virginia had lived in Edgewood since 2009 having previously lived in Albuquerque. She was a phone operator for US West. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents Greer and Leona Billy; brothers Laverne Billy and Richard Billy; and sisters Louise Billy and Margaret Homer. She is survived by son Barry James and Marsha Leaf of Santa Fe; daughters Roseanna Sullivan and her husband Roland of Albuquerque, Barbara Gutierrez and her husband Daniel of Albuquerque and Rose Ricker and her husband Daniel of Edgewood; brothers Adam Billy and Daniel Billy; sisters Marilyn King, Sarah Cantu, Maude Durant; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
