Frances Aragon Brazfield

FRANCES ARAGON BRAZFIELD, 93, of Mountainair, New Mexico peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Albuquerque, NM. Frances was born April 2, 1919 in Manzano, NM to Jose Angel and Juanita (Lopez) Aragon. She was a lifelong resident of Torrance County. Frances is survived by her sons Tony Brazfield and his wife Elvira of Albuquerque, Richard Brazfield and his wife Joy of Albuquerque, and Eugene Brazfield of Artesia; daughters Dorothy Fondy of Mountainair, and Delia Padilla and her husband Eulalio of Abo; ten grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, and one grandchild. There will be a Rosary recited at 10:00 am on March 22, 2013 followed by Mass at 11:00 am at St. Alice Catholic Church in Mountainair, NM. Rev. Fr. Sotero Sena will officiate. Pallbearers will be Tony Brazfield, Richard Brazfield, Eugene Brazfield, Richard Fondy, Steve Brazfield, Adrian Padilla. Honorary Pallbearers: Frank Aragon, Eloy Lajeunesse, Rudy Aragon, Chris Brazfield, Isaac Padilla, Eric Padilla, and Eulalio Padilla. Burial will follow the Mass at the Mountainair Catholic Cemetery.
