Maria E. King

MARIA E. KING, 82, of Edgewood, New Mexico peacefully passed away in Albuquerque, New Mexico on March 4, 2013. Maria was born April 19, 1930 in Bitburg, Germany to Johann and Maria Emilie (Brusc) Lamberty. She married Ted W. King, her loving husband of 52 years, on November 25, 1960 in Roswell, NM. They had lived in Edgewood since 1990 having previously lived in Albuquerque. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary 49. Maria was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Ted King of Edgewood, NM; sons Ted W. King Jr. and his wife Tammy of MO, Randy W. King and his wife Jane of Las Vegas, NV, Terry G. King and his wife Karen of Albuquerque, NM, and Keith W. King and his wife Lisa of Los Lunas, NM; daughters, Monica Ruiz of Albuquerque, NM and Mildred Cornado of Moriarty, NM; sister Katchen; 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. There will be a viewing on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 10:00am to 11:30am at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. A Grave Side Service will follow at Mountain Valley Cemetery in Edgewood, NM at 1:00pm. Pallbearers will be Paul Manzer, Teddy Stebbens, Melissa King, Klye King, Danny King, and Keith King.
