Gilberte Henriette-Ghislena Childers

GILBERTE HENRIETTE-GHISLENA CHILDERS, 93, of Estancia, New Mexico peacefully passed away at her home on Monday, January 28, 2013. Gilberte was born December 7th, 1919 in Jumet, Belgium. She had lived in Estancia, NM since 1961 having preciously lived in Albuquerque, NM. Gilberte was preceded in death by her husband Charles Childers; parents; brother Marcel; and sister Denise. She is survived by her son Charles Lawson Childers, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM; daughters Elizabeth Marie Rudd of Bloomfield, NM and Suzanne Montoya of Estancia, NM; grandchildren William Russell Barton II of Riverton, WY and Brett Alan Barton of Denver, CO; and great-grandchild Liam Russell Barton of Riverton, WY. A memorial service is planned for later in the spring.
