Clifford "Wayne" Dahl

CLIFFORD “WAYNE” DAHL, 80, of Mountainair, New Mexico peacefully passed away at his home on Thursday, January 10, 2013. Wayne was born February 1st, 1932 in Magdelena, New Mexico to Carl and Bessie (Wyche) Dahl. Wayne had lived in Mountainair for the past 12 years having previously lived in Los Lunas. He married Brenda Dahl on February 18th, 1958 in Albuquerque. They had three children, Bill, Steve and Julie. Wayne was a Navy Veteran and a member of the Moose Lodge and the New Mexico Horse Breeders Association. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and his sister Betty Cummings. He is survived by his sons Bill Dahl and his wife Dian of Albuquerque and Steve Dahl of Albuquerque; daughter Julie Eubanks of Anaconda, MT; brother Carl Dahl and his wife Maxine of Moriarty; sister Billie Otte of Albuquerque; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. There will be a Funeral Service on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 10:00AM at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair with Doris Jaques officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Mountainair Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Dahl, JP Gant III, Robert Otte, David Early, Dwayne Boyle and Kenneth Storey.
