Louie M. L'Esperance

LOUIE M. L’ESPERANCE, 64, of Tajique, New Mexico peacefully passed away on his birthday, November 14, 2012, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Louie was born November 14, 1948 in Tajique, NM to Ramon and Margarita (Barela) L’Esperance. He was a lifetime resident of Tajique. Louie married Virginia Anaya on November 30, 1968, they had four children, Dwayne, Leonard, Bernadette and Reanetta. Louie was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church in Tajique. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Margarita L’Esperance; brother, Joe L’Esperance; and son-in-law, George R. Moya. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Virginia L’Esperance of Tajique; sons, Dwayne L’Esperance and his wife Consuelo of Albuquerque and Leonard L’Esperance of Tajique; daughters, Bernadette L’Esperance of Rio Rancho and Reanetta Quintana of Tajique; brothers, Paul L’Esperance and his wife Viola, Pat L’Esperance and his fiancé Virginia; Gilbert L’Esperance and his wife Ruby, Billy L’Esperance, Eloy L’Esperance, Richard L’Esperance and his wife Isabel, Mark L’Esperance and his wife Hope; sisters, Mary, Diana and her fiancé Joe, Jennie and her husband Randy; six grandchildren, Angelique, Selena, Gerogiana, Adriana, Antonio, and Armani; and many nephews, and nieces. There will be a Rosary recited on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 12:00PM followed by the Mass of Resurection at 1:00PM at San Antonio Catholic Church in Tajique, NM with Rev. Fr. Robert Lancaster officiating. Pallbearers will be Harold L’Esperance, Adam Baca, Ramon L’Esperance, Martin Aragon, Matthew Gutierrez, and Edward Lucero. Honorary Pallbearers will be Andrew Gutierrez, Candi Alarid and Joe L’Esperance Jr. Burial will be at San Antonio Catholic Cemetery in Tajique.
