Vera "Irene" Gutierrez

VERA “IRENE” GUTIERREZ, 52, of Chilili, New Mexico peacefully passed away at her home on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Irene was born May 5, 1960 in Albuquerque, NM to Evaristo and Sarah Anna (Lucero) Gutierrez. Irene was a lifetime resident of New Mexico and a member of Holy Child Church in Tijeras, NM. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; She is survived by her parents, Evaristo and Sarah Anna Gutierrez of Chilili, NM; daughter, Angel Anna Gutierrez of Chilili, NM; brothers, Pat Gutierrez of Albuquerque, NM and Sam Gutierrez and his wife Theresa of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Cathy Garcia-Gutierrez of Albuquerque, NM; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. There will be a Rosary recited on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 7:00PM at Holy Child Catholic Church in Tijeras, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 10:00AM also at Holy Child Church with Rev. Fr. Mark Granito officiating. Pallbearers will be Nathan Garcia, Adrian Gutierrez, Juan Lucero, Raymond Gutierrez, Fernando Waseta and Joseph Gutierrez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Lente and Ronald Graham. Burial will follow the Mass at Lucero Cemetery in Chilili, NM.
