Thomas N. Ramirez

THOMAS N. RAMIREZ, 89, of Moriarty, New Mexico passed away in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Thomas was born April 14, 1924 in Claremont, Texas to Arcadia and Aramila (Navarete) Ramirez. Thomas married Beatrice Sanchez in Santa Fe, NM on April 24, 1965, together they raised three sons. Thomas was an Army Veteran. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Grace Mandel and Roy Ramirez. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Ramirez of Albuquerque, NM; sons, Tommy Chavez and his wife Margie of Albuquerque, NM, Joe Chavez of Vaughn, NM and Bill Ramirez of El Paso, TX; brother Manuel Ramirez; sisters, Rachel R. Chavez, Melinda Candelaria, and Elefida DelRosa; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 10:00am with Pastor Dave Goodnight officiating.
