Pablo P. Perea

PABLO P. PEREA, 77, of Estancia, New Mexico passed away in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Friday, February 10, 2012. Pablo was born on October 9, 1934 in Torreon, NM to Antonio and Escolastica (Montoya) Perea. Pablo was a lifetime resident of Estancia, NM. Pablo was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Estancia, NM. He was custodian at Estancia Schools for 25 years. Pablo was preceded in death by his parents; son, Pablo Perea Jr.; and brothers, Boleslo (Boney) and Antonio Perea Jr.; and sister, Fidela Perea Gallegos. He is survived by his wife Berlinda Perea; son Manuel Perea; daughter; Mary Perea Bailey and husband, Michael; brothers, Benjamin Perea, and Ermenes Perea; five grand-children, Amanda Perea-Archuleta, Matthew Perea, Michael Bailey Jr. Marissa Bailey and Paul Anthony Bailey; and four great-grandchildren, Brisha, Shelby, Haley and Sophia. There will be a Rosary recited at 10:00AM during which there will be viewing at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Estancia, NM on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. The Mass of Resurrection will follow at 11:00AM on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 11:00AM at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow the Mass at the Estancia Cemetery in Estancia, NM. Pallbearers will be Renee Perea, Benjamin Perea Jr., Patricio Gallegos, Matthew Luna, Marion Valencia Jr., Luis Perea Jr., Charles Anaya and Mike Luna. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Cancer Society.
