Carlos Espinoza

CARLOS ESPINOZA, 77, of Moriarty, New Mexico peacefully passed away on Friday, January 13, 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Carlos was born October 8, 1934 in La Lagunita, New Mexico to Patricio and Castella (Gonzales) Espinoza. Carlos married his loving wife of fifty-three years, Caroline Solano on April 18, 1959. They had four children, Carlos Jr., Kenneth, Victor and Bonnie Mae. Carlos had lived in Moriarty, NM for the past fourteen years having previously lived in Britghton, CO. He was a USMC Veteran and an active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Carlos was preceded in death by his parents, Patricio and Castella Espinoza; and brother, Louie Espinoza. He is survived by his wife, Caroline Espinoza of Moriarty, NM; sons, Carlos Espinoza Jr. and his wife, Iva of Central City, CO, Kenneth Espinoza of Bonney Lake, WA and Victor Espinoza and his wife, Gayle of Sturbridge, MA; daughter, Bonnie Mae Pacheco and her husband, Steve of Las Vegas, NM; brothers, Tony Lucero and his wife Patsy, Robert Espinoza and his wife Rosalie and Pat Espinoza and his wife Stella; sisters, Duvie Torres and her husband Lupe, Theresa Lucero and her husband Ramos, Rose Espinoza and her husband Doug and Jenny Espinoza; and eight grandchildren, Victoria and Ysabel Espinoza, Zaccari, Nicholas and Ryan Espinoza, Robyn and Estevan Pacheco and Ethan Espinoza. There will be a Rosary recited at 9:00am followed by Mass at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, NM with Rev. Fr. Robert Lancaster officiating. Internment of cremains will be at La Manga Cemetery south of Las Vegas, NM.
