Obituary Lantz “Renn” Bailey, 22, of Edgewood, NM, passed away Monday October 10, 2011, at his home in Edgewood, NM. Renn was born April 22, 1989, in Portales, NM to Clay & Tana Lee (Hamar) Bailey. Renn graduated from Moriarty High School in 2007, where he was very active in track, cross country and FFA. He started working for Falcon Industries in 2008 until present. Renn was also a member of the Valley View Christian Church in Edgewood, NM where he played the drums in their music worship. Renn will be truly missed by all that knew and loved him. Renn is survived by his parents; father Clay Bailey of Albuquerque, NM, and mother Tana Bailey of Edgewood, NM; one brother Christopher “CJ” Claiborne Lopez-Bailey of Albuquerque, NM; one sister Danielle “Deedee” Ginther and her husband Justin of Greeley, CO; grandparents Tommy and Barbara Hamar, Ted and Marcella Bailey, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will also be missed greatly by his guide dog companion Huxley. A viewing will be held Thursday October 13, 2011, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM. A funeral service will be held Friday October 14, 2011—10:00 AM at the Valley View Christian Church in Edgewood, NM, with Pastor Leonard Navarre and Pastor Curtis Belcher officiating. A private family burial will follow at the Stanley Cemetery, in Stanley, NM. Pallbearers will be Clay Bailey, Tommy Hamar, Sheridan Hileman, Matt Gonzales, Kris Grano, and Nico Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ted Bailey, Fred Balmer, and Birchie West. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the following charities: Ronald McDonald House in Albuquerque and Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA.
