Dorothy E. Heber

DOROTHY E. HEBER. 94, of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away at her home on September 11, 2011. Dorothy was born on April 25th, 1917 in Des Moines, New Mexico to Charles Fredrick and Jessie Marie (Bell) Fichtner. Dorothy was a cashier for Edgewood Grocery. She also worked in the cafeteria for APS Schools and was a homemaker. She served a two year term as president of the Edgewood Senior Citizen Center. She was a member of the Eastern Star and traveled with the Good Sam’s Club. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Jessie Fichtner; brother, Charles Fichtner Jr.; and grandson, Rodger Rowell. She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Marie Heber of Glen Dale, AZ and Willa Ann and her husband Dennis Anderson of Albuquerque, NM; four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. There will be a Memorial Service at Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty, NM on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at 10:00am
