Ted Wallace Blaisure

TED WALLACE BLAISURE, 69, of Estancia, NM passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, July 26, 2011. Ted was born on February 10th, 1942 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Loyd Lawrence and Edith Lucille (Selvy) Blaisure. Ted lived in Estancia for the past twenty years having previously lived in Colorado. He was the propane company manager for Heritage Propane. He married his loving wife of fifty-one years, Wilmott Sue Smith, on August 12, 1960 in Derby, CO. Ted was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Lawrence Blaisure and his brother, Leroy Lawrence Blaisure. He is survived by his mother, Edith Lucille Mullaney of Modesto, CA; wife, Wilmott Sue Blaisure of Estancia, NM; sons, Michael Leslie Blaisure and his wife Brenda of McIntosh, NM; and Craig Wallace Blaisure and his wife Kerri of Albuquerque, NM; daughters, Christina Lynn Hansen and her husband Mark of Madera, CA and Michelle Lynette Drobney and her husband Brett of Longmont, CO; sister, Arlene Ann Davis; and twenty grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be a Funeral Service on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 10:00am at the Latter Day Saints Estancia Branch Church in Estancia, NM with Michael Blaisure conducting. Pallbearers will be Michael Blaisure, Craig Blaisure, Brett Drobney, Mark Hansen, Robert Hansen, Daniel Hansen, Dallas Hansen, Austin Blaisure, and James Blaisure. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bob Walton, Matt Burns, Tommy Modgling, Steve Anderson, Steve Erb, David Akins. Burial will follow the service at Stanley Cemetery in Stanley, NM.
