Michael Allen Lewis

MICHAEL ALLEN LEWIS, 47, of Edgewood, NM passed away at his home on Monday, March 14, 2011. Michael was born on November 8, 1963 in El Paso, TX to Richard and Ella Mae (Guilpin) Lewis. Michael had lived in Edgewood since 1978. He was a Health Care Provider for Heritage Home Health Care. Michael was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Rick and Ron Lewis. He is survived by his mother, Ella Mae Causey of Albuquerque, NM; son, Matthew A. Lewis of Edgewood, NM; daughters, Tabetha Tyner and her husband Ennis, TX, and Danelle Lewis of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Geneva Lewis of Albuquerque, NM; and four grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 11:00am at Grandma’s House.
